This is the volunteer application for youth and adults for Give Kids the World. Please fill it out and email it to me or print it off and drop it off at the office. For adults, I need it 2 weeks prior to the time that we will be attending. You can also print off and fax to Give Kids the World yourself. Please use the fax number that is on the form and make sure that you fill in the organization that you are attending with as "Community of Faith." Thanks, Dinorah
